Wish it were easier to see whether you've met your Stand Hour yet? This app utilizes your HealthKit data to provide complications for your favorite Apple Watch faces, displaying your Activity Rings and including a Stand Hour circle for a quick check on your progress.

Note: If the app is not visible on your Watch after purchasing, access the App Store on your Watch to install it. (Scroll to the bottom, click Account -&gt; Purchased, and tap the download cloud icon next to Activity Rings+)

 <li>APPLE WATCH APP:</li>
 <ul>
 <li>In the app, you can easily view your Move/Exercise/Stand data along with your familiar Activity Rings. An extra indicator reflects whether you have achieved the current Stand Hour. Additionally, instantly check today's Steps without the need to scroll down to interpret your activity data. Tapping the screen allows you to switch to a percentage view or see Calories/Minutes/Stand Hours remaining.</li>

<li>COMPLICATIONS:</li>
 <ul>
 <li>For newer Apple Watch faces such as Meridian, Infographic, California, among others, you have the option to integrate complications displaying your Activity Rings complemented by a stand indicator that lights up when you've reached the current stand hour.</li>
 <li>On older Apple Watch faces like Breathe, Modular, Colors, Simple, and more, you can add a Stand Indicator that will be colored solid upon meeting the current stand hour or as a hollow outline if you still need to stand up.</li>
 </ul>

Note: The Complications refresh in the background at Apple's specified intervals. Tapping a complication opens the app for an immediate data refresh. Your Stand Hour resets at the beginning of each hour; when Activity Rings+ are illuminated, you've hit your goal.
